Sarah Hylinski, FNP-BC Sarah is a second-generation nurse, following in her mom’s footsteps; she knew from a very young age that she wanted to become a nurse. She is an American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Board Certified, Family Nurse Practitioner working in Oral Surgery at Apex Oral Surgery and Dental Implants in Kenosha, WI. Sarah plays a critical role in ensuring optimal patient outcomes in our practice.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI. Sarah’s 10-year nursing history includes positions in the ICU, Cardiology, and Oncology Clinics. In 2021, she became a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner after completing a Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University.
Sarah sees many of the consultations and post-operative patients at Apex, and her expertise extends to patient education, pain management, and the prevention of surgical complications. Passionate about patient-centered care, Sarah is committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment. She works closely with the surgeons, dentists, and healthcare teams to deliver seamless peri- and post-operative care, ensuring a smooth surgical experience for every patient. Sarah stays up to date with the latest advancements in oral surgery and continues to expand her knowledge through professional development and training. Dedicated to excellence, she strives to enhance both patient safety and comfort throughout every stage of treatment.
Outside of work, Sarah has two beautiful daughters, with whom she devotes much of her time to. She enjoys watching her girls participate in sports and activities, playing volleyball, listening to country music, and spending time with family and friends, further enriching her well-rounded approach to patient care.
